Only what you type into our forms. There are no accounts and no payments on this site.

• Quote forms: name, phone, email, service, package, vehicle and your message.
• The detail-quote and car-finder questionnaires: your contact details and your answers.
• The tuning consult form: your contact details and what you want done.
• The Market Report signup: email, optional first name, and the version and time of the consent you gave.

Each form also sends three technical fields: the page you were on, the site that linked you here and any campaign tags in that link (utm fields). They tell us which post or email brought you.

We use what you send to answer your request and do the work. A copy lives in three places:

• Netlify, which hosts this site, receives the form and emails a copy to the shop.
• Our own customer system, Redline's software hosted on Railway, keeps a copy so staff can reply and track the job.
• Google Workspace, the shop's email.

For the Market Report, our email provider (Klaviyo) sends the issues. The report launches soon.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Texts are only about that request. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Replies to a quote request are just that: replies, not marketing. The only marketing email we send is the weekly Market Report, and only if you ticked the box. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. It uses your browser's local storage for two things: to remember that you closed or completed the Market Report popup, and to hold your questionnaire answers while you fill them in. Nothing else.

The map on the home page is an embedded Google Map. It loads from Google and Google's privacy policy covers it. Fonts and images come from this site.

We keep requests while we handle them and for our business records. Email redlineexoticsmiami@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your details; we confirm within a reasonable time. If you live somewhere with privacy rights of its own, the same address is how you use them.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
